Hello,
I work on a company that provides a software to sync data from our clients server to our cloud.
About 10 days ago, Windows Defender started flagging our application as trojan and PUA (potentially unwanted application), and because of this, our customer can't download and install our software.
OBVIOUSLY our software DON'T have any kind of viruses or trojan or anything like, but still, Windows Defender is preventing our customer to use it.
What can I do to "prove" to windows defender that my installer is not a virus? I can't find any guide or article about this.
