Spider Man Shattered Dimensions Rld.dll file flagged as a virus(crypt inject)

Hello, I have just installed Spider Man shattered Dimensions(with crack).. It was working fine for the first day but on the second day Windows defender flagged the rld.dll file as a virus(Crypt Inject.. Something like that) So what should I do??
