MSASCui.exe application error

Hi,My new windows defender is not working.So i decided to use the old windows defender which is MSASCui.exe but i am getting error something like this "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)".I searched in online for soultion but none of them did'nt work for me.So please anyone solve my problem.Any help thanks
