Windows Defender pauses for quite sometime on one file before auto completing - is this normal ? Attached picture below

Hi Community,


Just wanted to check because I didn't experience previously. Also when i run Windows offline scan from the option in Windows Defender does it just autocomplete and restart my PC ? - Because it didnt desplay any results for me, it just restarted the PC after the scan was completed.
