None of my applications are able to update. I also can't download anything!

So this happened very recently where I am not able to download or update absolutely anything including (some) of my games. Could this be a virus? I have KasperskyAntiVirus and I did a full scan but it didn't show anything. When I try to download something it just says "Failed - Network error" but my internet connection is fine. Im able to do everything normally on my other computer. Any help i can get is much appreciated.
