My C drive (System drive) had over 100GB of free space, but yesterday it started to fill-up automatically, and I can't find any files taking up that much of the space. I scanned my whole system using Kaspersky's Rescue disk utility and found no threats. Also when booted using this utility I calculated the size of each of the folders in the C drive with hidden files included but found that all the folders (including Program Files, Windows and Users) only occupy at most 279 GB the rest of 110GB is still not accounted for.
Also, I tried deleting around 50GB of files from the system but that also filled up quick, leaving me barely 2-3GB of free space. Can someone please help me. I already tried the rescue disk from Kaspersky and found no malware/virus.
