A few days ago I was cleaning my file explorer and in my users folder I discovered a user named WgaUtilAcc. I did not add it myself and after further research I believe it may be a trojan.

Is there a way I can delete the folder or simply remove it? I've tried deleting it as an administrator but it continuously says that I need permission from the user to delete it.

I've tried changing the ownership of the folder to myself, but it still wouldn't work.

Any suggestions?
