Scan detected threat

Please would you assist.


Today, Windows Defender detected two threats and quarantined/removed them on my PC.

VirTool:Win32/RemoteExec - PUAWin32 Visicom — Postimages


But, they keep coming back after scan even though they have been 'dealt' with !!??


I don't understand why now and what has changed for this to happen.


What are they exactly?
