Hi, I downloaded a program off the internet, and scanned it with VirusTotal first, finding out that it was a virus, so I deleted it completely (including emptying the recycling bin).
Although, I found out a few minutes later that Windows Defender detected it before I deleted it, and still says that its there. Now the remove action in Windows Defender does nothing and Defender still thinks the "threat" is still there, when its no longer on my system.
It says in the threat details that the file is in my downloads, but I have nothing in my downloads folder. Could you please help me remove this from the protection history so it says I am fine?
