Lately, I bought a usb-microphone. It works fine when I am not in microsoft teams, but when I am in a call in microsoft teams the mic mutes itself. So, I searched about what the issue could be. I found a youtube tutorial that told to deactivate the svchost.exe files running under my username via the command prompt. If I do that my mic works again in microsoft teams, but after a few minutes the svchost.exe running under my username returned and my mic muted itself again. I already did a full scan with MalwareBytes and microsoft teams has the right to use my mic. How can I get rid of these files without hurting my laptop?
