M. Louis Richard (employee #B127K1) called by phone today and told me that my Microsoft account have been hacked and I might be in trouble if an hacker use my computer. He said he works in Microsoft security, is it true that Microsoft call people for this and tells you that they will help remove the possible hackers? He called my place using this number: 33-650-055-8318.
When I asked him to give me a number to call Microsoft, he gave me this one; 800-426-9400 but I didn't call.
He wanted me to give him the 9 numbers after asking me to download any desk at : www.anydesk.com
Well, it's more likely a spam but can someone give me more details on what should I do?
