Can YouTube corrupt my NTFS Partition!

At first, You may think I am a Weirdo after Reading the Title. But Seriously, I have been getting the message in the Image below, every time I try to go to www.youtube.com. This never happened earlier but Since today morning, Avast thinks that there's some kind of NTFS corruption bug on YouTube.
