hello, its me again...
while running Full Scan with windows security Windows manage to find a trojan or some sort, detail as below:

so i follow the file path to reach the folder that is affected (the 1st picture), while clearing out the whole folder i also take a look at the folder sharing option, and that's why i found out an unknown account is editing this folder.
The first action i do is to try to remove the account (1st picture), but it got denied, so now i resort to deny the excess of the account, but i think removing it should be better. So how to i resolve this problem?
p.s.: sorry for the bad english...
