Antivirus not visible on Windows security app and no providers.

I've tried all the other Microsoft forums about this problem and followed all the steps in those forums and I still can't get the windows security antivirus to work. First off it's not visible in the overview and when I go to take a look at the security providers it says "No providers".0cc50980-0ddd-4585-802f-02fd431f92dd?upload=true.png6757f4d7-933a-4813-bc2f-6b896722b83b?upload=true.png I would appreciate advice on how I can solve this problem.
