i accidently clicked on a phishing website on my phone! what do i do?

ik sorry this isn't a windows question, but today i was looking into Gmail in the spam section with my phone when i accidently clicked on a phishing link it lead me to a porn website full of 18+ ads and other stuff. after that i exited the website and clear the cookies and trackers on the browser, but i also noticed a sluggish performance on my phone, my phone is s20+ and i have been using it over 7+ months and no performance issues whatsoever! could this be a virus? and if yes, what should i do? thanks!
