Hi
I have received a reset password email apparently from Microsoft.
I have logged into to Microsoft (NOT through the email link) and reset my password.
This then generated a new email, attached to the first one, in a thread. However, this account while set up is not in regular use - all of my devices etc are logged through my work Microsoft 365 account, so unsure as to how this has happened?
Especially at a time when I was away from my laptop and talking on the phone. Was it an attempt to access my account and if so, how could this happen? Any thoughts or ideas?
