hello im trying to give my computer a fresh start. i took a photo of directions with my phone and it told me what to click on but the part about click on windows defender well i cant click on it because is not there. anyway i tried typing it in next to start and there it is fresh startg but its not an option . this computer needs a fresh start but it has blocked all the options. another issue is in order to send this message i have to select from the bottom but its not what is shown below. so please quit making eveything so compicated and impossible. i have to click on an untrue answer jujst to get this messag through you should all be ashamed of making people click on the untrue issue just to get the message thrugh because its you are basically ordering me to tell a lie.
