Whilst remotely connected to our server, I received two emails from a colleague, I replied to them and as we have read receipts turned on, my two receipts were received by the sender from different countries in Africa.
Our network administrator is clearing up my account and issuing a new email password for me.
He also told me that my remote work station has been compromised and something is on it such as a keylogger or something of the kind
How can I check my system. I have windows 10 and using windows defender and according to windows defender all is OK
