Microsoft Defender Antivirus still detects a threat called Trojan:Win32/Tnega!ml

This is the location: C:\Users\Teodor\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EXb11624.2198\MainFile-v30.6.9.exe, i tried remove option, it still detects it, i tried quarantine option, still the same, i removed the trojan using third party antivirus called malwarebytes after iremoved the trojan using malwarebytes i uninstalled malwarebytes, still the same work with the defender, then i deleted almost all content on %temp% and still the same.
