Windows Defender plus Malwarebytes

Hello, So i currently have malwarebytes installed on my pc (i almost never run it) and windows defender running all the time.
I've heard that windows defender has really improved its efficacity over the year and i'm wondering if it's useful to keep both considering i never use malwarebytes...
So is it worth it to keep malwarebytes nowadays ?
