Microsoft Safety Scanner

Hello I have used Microsoft Safety Scanner and the program has discovered two infected files when scanning as shown in the picture, and the problem is that when the program finished scanning indicated that the scan was successful,and no virus was discovered, although two files were discovered infected during the scan! as in the picture.how to remove the two infected files! Thank you in advance.
