Our website A is routing to a different website B. Website A is only being for the purpose of forwarding or redirecting to website B.

Website B is a website where we sell cosmetics items. We have been selling it for many years now. Website B is newly built website with different URL than the old one. Old Url is website A.

We used forwarding on Website A (old url) to Website B (new url) and there was an error when visitors used https on old website. It was showing error because old website was not hosted on any server.

We resolved that issue and now both websites A & B are hosted at servers and websites are working perfectly fine. But during the phase when the website A url was showing unsafe messages and people clicked on link to route to new website many times, it triggered malicious content on edge or explorer. Since then any email e.g password reset email comes from website B in the inbox of people using Microsoft Defender and its asks to click on the link to reset password, upon clicking on the link it is showing This website has been classified as malicious.

This is affecting our business and we have not yet found a way to contact Microsoft and tell them that our both websites A & B are secured as we have been selling items on old websites previously.

Can anyone help here and tell us how we can remove malicious websites which are only in Microsoft system and contact SafeLinks folks to remove this?

FYI - This is only happens with users using Microsoft Defender as their security.
