Finally! Android 2.3.3, aka Gingerbread, is rolling out as an over-the-air update for Nexus One and Nexus S users.
For the newer Nexus S device, Android 2.3.3 will bring with it new near-field communications (NFC) capabilities. For the OG Nexus One device, you can finally enjoy the latest official stock Android OS! Don’t be too upset if you haven’t received your update yet though, as the GoogleNexus Twitter account is advising users that the OTA could take a few weeks to roll out completely.
If you’ve already gotten the Android 2.3.3 update on your Nexus S or Nexus One, let us know how you like it in the comments!
