Unfortunately, I left the system drive size on my Dell Poweredge at the
default (13GB). That is fine, until I later discovered that applications
such as Sql Server 2005 do not have an option for installing components on a
drive OTHER than the system drive. Service packs and application
installations, even if not on the C: drive, also seem to consume space.
So my questions are:
1. Short Term Solution: Is there any files (such as sp or app installation)
files that I safely delete?
2. Long Term Solution: How can I increase the size of the system drive
without having to completely rebuild from scratch?
