Forum Software Change

I have changed the software used to run the community.

There are some things that I am still working on and will get those completed in the next week. Things that need to be done are:

1. Put the news section of the site back together.
2. Add a new downloads section and import the apps we have uploaded.
3. Find a replacement for the blogs.
4. Import the new style for the site.

It is possible that the blogs will no longer be a part of Android forum. It wasn't used so no sense in have them.

If you find any bugs or have any problems posting let me know. I will get them fixed right away.
