Firefighter develops response and rescue software for Google Glass

There are so many possibilities for what can be done with Google Glass. One of the greatest so far may be firefighter Patrick Jackson’s software, which can push emergency calls to Glass and direct responders to its location and nearby hydrants with Google Maps. Jackson is also working on the ability to pull up floor plans and other relevant information about buildings before entry, in addition to vehicle diagrams and instructions for aiding in-car rescues.
