New Android 4.3 firmware appears for Galaxy S3 I9300

A new firmware build for the international Samsung Galaxy S3 SM-I9300 has appeared. The I9300XXUGML3 build is reportedly another bug fix and stability patch for the ill-fated 4.3 firmware that failed to keep many people happy when it arrived a few days ago. The update is the latest in a string of problematic updates from Samsung and their global carrier partners.
