He probably means we need Freudi to interpret the post so it can be read
in English, not everyone is multi lingual I'm afraid.

In case you find a "pending.xml" file in your Windows folder, try to delete
the one. In case you'll receive an Access Denied error on doing so, right
click the file -> Properties -> Security and add "Everyone" (Jeder) with
"full permissions" (Volle Zugriffsrechte). You should be able to delete the
"pending.xml" afterwards. Now let Windows Update scan for waiting updates
again, *reboot* Windows and let Windows Update scan for waiting updates once
again.

Since you're using Vista, you may find the following (yet resolved) issue
usefull: http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2054756
