Today the Motorola Moto 360 was shared from a few different angles, giving insight into a few more details of the device. The Moto 360, which is the first watch to be launched on the Android Wear platform, will be part of the fashion world as well as the technology world.
Because of the involvement in the fashion world, it’s important that it looks good. As such, the device will have a replaceable watchband. Just as the Moto X and Moto G are very customizable, the Moto 360 will also be customizable. It is expected that we’ll be able to order a wide variety of watch bands straight from Motorola. Hit the break for more pictures!
We can also see that the device has a purple hard plastic backing, and it is expected that the successor to the Moto 360 will have a different colored back, and so on. On the left of the device we can see a single small microphone hole, which will be used for voice control of the device. We can also see that the device is very sleek and much less bulky than Motorola’s first attempt at a smartwatch, the MOTOACTIV.
On the opposite side of the microphone we can see a single physical button, which can apparently be twisted as well as pushed, like on a normal watch.
