After quietly upgrading one of the main hardware components of its first Android handset ever, OnePlus as quietly posted on its forums an official announcement date for the One handset. The device, which has not been shown to the world yet, will be showcased on April 23rd during a special media event taking place at the Wukesong Mastercard Stadium from 2 p.m. local time. The event will also be live-streamed on the web.
