2c61cf3081b661ce94c3813e573c2e15.pngThe rumored HTC Desire 316 is official. The device appeared on HTC China’s website as the latest addition to the company’s Desire lineup. The 316 is a slightly different version of the Desire 516. The link to the handset’s description actually shows 516, but the description is clearly of the 316.

The new smartphone runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, and has a 5-inch qHD (540 x 960) display with a 1,950 mAh battery. It weighs 160 grams, measures 140 x 72 x 9.7 mm, and features a 5MP rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, and microSD card support. On the back of the device there’s a 1,950 mAh battery.
