How to save favorites to cd.

Thinking of getting a new computer and want to save my favorites in IE 7.
Can't seem to figure how to accomplish.
If this is not the right forum, please advise.

Running xp home sp2.

Favorites are located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Favorites.
