Server 2003 Trial version

I am installing server 2003 in an VMware environment and would like to use
the VM file for this server and share it to be used in an VMware Player. Are
there rules against sharing the trial version of 2003 server in this manner?

Hello,

you may install windows 2003 as many times as you want, still no
installation last longer than the trial
