Adminpak SP2 , Windows Server x64 SP2

We have a automatic server installation (unattended and .cmd files) to
install W2k3 and additional programs (SP2, support tools, 3.party app. etc)
After we have added SP2 (x64) , booted, we silently install adminpak.msi
(from c:\windows\syswow64\ .
After the complete installation the eventlog have the following error :
Product: Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 Administration Tools Pack --
Error 1931. You have an older version of the system file
c:\windows\syswow64\winsevnt.dll. Click OK to install the latest version of
the file.

If we try to run any admin tools, it tries to install the adminpak again and
the error in the eventlog says : Product: Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2
Administration Tools Pack -- Error 1933. The Windows Installer service cannot
update one or more protected Windows files. SFP Error: 1223. List of
protected files:\r\nc:\windows\syswow64\inetsrv\nntpadm.dll

If we try to change/reinstall (and uninstall) the adminpak we get the
following error :

Hello,
Try running SFC /scannow for a cmd prompt.
Then try reinstalling the adminpack

Bye the way ; is there a way to point the SFC wizard to a alternative
location for the original files ?
The server is at a remote loccation and putting the cd in is difficult.
