Error with ntbackup after upgrade to 2003 VSS service

Hi,

I upgraded my 2000 dcs to 2003 R2 SP2 dcs. Now both dcs are registering this
error when I try to run NTbackup:

"Error returned while creating the volume shadow copy:0x80042306"

Any ideas on how to fix this?

OK I turned on Debug mode. The output is very large. Is there a particular
part in the output file that you need to see?
