Bad plan.
See no reason to reinstall anything unless you change card locations n the
motherboard. Then, again, windows might adjust to that without reinstalling
anything.
Would investigate the 2 problems hinted as bios summary message about floppy
and the 2 beeps hinted as bios boot associated. Then, worry about windows
if its really problem. Messing with windows now might incorporate stuff
from the bios that's problematic.
