Excited for HTC’s next announcement on April 12th? Don’t worry, that’s still happening. However, it looks like we might get more than just the HTC 10 during that online-only unveiling.
HTC is reportedly preparing to release a new Desire phone along with the HTC 10 this month, which is said to come in a single-SIM and dual-SIM version. It’s currently codenamed A56, but we’ll likely see it pick up a traditional Desire moniker when it’s officially announced.
No word on specs or anything, but it’s a pretty safe bet that it won’t be an extremely high-end phone. The Desire line typically tackles the mid-range and budget friendly markets for HTC, so I’m guessing that’s what we’ll see here.
