I have XP Home on drive 0 - C:
I have Vista Ultimate on drive 1 - D:
Vista was installed through C:
VistaBootPro is on C:
All works fine :-)
(God forbid I should leave things alone)

Is there any advantage to swapping Vista to C:?

No. But will that stop you from tinkering? ;-)

Ah - well - it might - I'm getting older - I'm getting wiser
;-)

Re: Dual Boot OS swap

No. And depending on how you plan to do it you could really mess things up.

"All works fine :-)" ??? Then why on earth would you want to jeopardize
that? To quote those Milk ads... "Got backups?"

I use Acronis True Image to keep updated images of C: & D:
I am a FIRM believer in backups
I am not really sure why/where the ''swap'' idea occurred to me ;-)
Probably from the same area of the brain that thought marriage was a good
idea.
No OS swap will be taking place.
