Windows Vista Media Player stopped working

Suddenly the Windows Media Player with Vista stopped working. For a while
when I click a message appeared "a problem caused media player stop
working....". Now nothing more happens when I click the media player icon.

I got this problem aswell.

media centre and media player dont work. if i boot up my PC and dont touch
either, still, after about 5 mins a popup appears saying the windows media
centre store manager has caused a problem and shut down !!! :S
