Print spooler hangs

Hi !
My system Win2003 sever + SP2 and Cintrix 4.5 server installed. ()
Printers are mapped to user sessions when they are trying to log into a
server through ICA/RDP protocol. Printer Drivers are correctly installed and
error into Event log.
Print Spooler service from time to time hangs. And we have to manually
restated.
Event log contains error 7031 7034.

What should i do to avoid hangs service?

Its definatley a currupt printer DLL file, try installing the printers
using PCL5e drivers. failing that run the Hive clean up tool or google
a utility that strips the print spooler back to factory defualts,
citrix will autocreate the deleted printers after you clean the
spooler anyway
