Morning all, have a question regarding a licensing.
We currently have a 2003 terminal server in our domain users are accessing
from another domain (managed my another supplier) my question is this, what
would the users require if they added a new machine into their domain with
regards to both server CAL's and TS CAL's.
Would they need 1 TS CAL and 1 Server CAL, or would they need 1 TS CAL and 2
Server CAL's.
Also, is the situation was changed slightly and the TS was in the same
domain as the users workstations, would then then still need 2 server CAL's
(one for the domain controller and one for the TS) plus the one TS CAL or
only 1 and 1.
thanks
