I need help creating 400 local user accounts in one server.

I am not good with batch files and command lines. I need to create 400
local accounts in one server and need Big Help with that. I have all
the accounts listed in a .txt file. Can you please help me? Thanks.

Let's have a sample line from your .txt file!
