2008 Server always shows Help Window after logon

I've the problem on a windows 2008 Server Standard SP1 Terminal Server, that always the help window open after a user or administrator logs on und it show the following message:

"Warum kann ich keine Hilfe von diesem Programm erhalten?" - please see the attached image

Can anybody help to stop that window open on logon?

Ive never seen that before. Does the help dialog come up all the time on boot?

Thank you for your quick reply! The help dialog does not only come up on boot, but every time when you log on (log off - log on and the dialog come up).

I'd a long search in the registry for autostart (run/runoce) keys but nothing...

Can you post a list of the rolls you have installed?

I have a feelin you have a roll that didn't install correctly and the help is coming up so you can troubleshoot thr problem.
