chinese simplified 64 bit language pack

Hi,

I downloaded 64 bit language pack from the below site
http://www.microsoft.com/Downloads/...00-cfaf-4516-8e96-e4d4750397ff&displaylang=en

while i try to install the above chinese language pack it is saying
"No language pack found"

Where will i get the correct chinese 64 bit language pack

Have you tried installing the language packs off Windows Update?
