PATH variable anomaly

I have Windows Server 2008 64 bit installed. I noticed that when reading the PATH variable from the command line, the PATH is displayed in full, whilst when checking through the System Properties the path only displays one of the paths.

It could be a bug. I'll see if I can reproduce it.
