info on the closure of the windows server 2008

Would it be possible to set that when the system is rebooted manually not requiring a reason for the shutdown?​
 
There is a way. I have never researched how to do it since I never shutdown my servers. A server is supposed to run 24/7. Why would you want to shut it down?
