Missing manage other computer in manage console

Hi, I playing with the new Windows 2008 and I found something missing now that I often use in Windows 2003. I right click on manage on the My Computer icon in 2003 and then, I was able to manage an other computer or server like services, event viewer, local users,... without make an RDP connexion. In 2008, unable to do that. Is thers somebody that know how to do the same job or it is not possible?
