Is TS the right tool for our situation?

We run a small business (3 people) with locations in NC and FL. We have a need to access Quickbooks in both locations, our server is in NC. Since QB does not work reliably with VPN, we currently use LogMeIn to access a remote PC running a separately licensed copy of Quickbooks. Obviously this is not scalable since each user has two PCs, one in FL and one in NC that is logged into remotely.

We are looking for a way to keep multiple licenses of QB on a server that multiple remote users can log into, with perhaps a remote desktop or virtualization software approach. Is terminal services a good approach for this? If not, any suggestions? I am not asking anyone to solve my problem, just maybe point me in the right direction. Thank you for any input.

TS should be the right tool for the job so long as QuickBooks is capable of multiuser use (not all apps are). There should be no problem when only one user has QB open but someone else needs to tell you if they've tried it in a ts environment
