Web Service Extensions is missing

hello
i want to install citrix access gateway
but to install, the Web Service Extensions must be configure

so i look into the install guide and 1. klickt on iis and then the node Web Service Extensions

but there is no node named Web Service Extensions

i hope somebody can help me..

its with a double cklick on one out of the list
two days to find that... ****
