Hello Everyone !! ;)

How are you windows masters? This is my first post here, so i hope i won't break any rules or something. If i posted something wrong or anything, please let me know.

Well i bought very powerfull server and i really don't like Linux on it. So I decided to go to Microsoft Windows Server 2008. We're working in one company in which we're working on internet connections, security. I am very new to that company so i want to show my best and configure server to very powerfull station. What we have is: Internet connection from ADSL, to rack hub (in same rack is server), from that hub, which is MAIN hub goes to every computer and to about 2-3 wireless stations on roofs. Because im very new to windows server, i want to configure it with your help. What i want is this: Some monitoring on ALL computers and on all wireless stations connect to rack. So i want to monitore shutdown, discs, who is connected, what they're searching on internet,.. Almost everything what i can do for security. IT doesn't matter is application, dekstop, internet or something. I Just want to monitore everything. Who was accesing, who was copiying,.. Everything. I also want to see who was connected to wirelles and what he was doing if that is possible. I alsto want backuping system. I want from every computer in company daily backup to our server. Automatic, without to much compliations and restrictions. There is another thing. I have two computers which are on different domain, and another 5 computers which are on another domains. So i can't see those 2 computers in network. That's good, excatly what i wanted. But what if someone change domain name on 2 computers and he can acces other 5 computers ? That's what i cannot afford. They are all on same internet cable, and on same hub. How can i disallow those two computers to acces other 5, eeven if someone change domain to same. All computers are working on Windows XP Professional, only server is on Windows Server 2008.

Wow, that's becoming long mail. I hope here is someone who can help me a little bit !! Thanx To Eveeeryone!!

See ya
